Ordering is easy! You can place an order on our website at any time.

You can find products by typing keywords in the search bar, or by browsing our various menus. Depending on the type of product you're looking for, you can then choose from one or more variants on its page: camera, quantity, etc. You then select it with a single click on the "Add to cart" button.

In the upper right-hand pane, click on "Place order" to begin registration and validation of your order (if you wish to add other products, skip this pane and continue shopping).

If your parcel has already been dispatched, we are unable to take any action until you receive your order, at which point we will be able to issue a refund if necessary, once the item has been returned to our warehouse.

Please check your spam folder. Your order confirmation e-mail may have arrived in your spam folder.

In general, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, and delivery usually takes between 6 and 12 working days.

Please note that it may take up to 5 working days after order processing before tracking information is available.
